Base commission payment schedule
Base commission (£500 per student) is paid in three instalments of 34%, 33% and 33% (£170, £165 and £165), due at 4, 8, and 12 months after the student’s intake month, unless your agreement states otherwise.

Example: September 2026 intake
A student with a September 2026 start date has base commission instalments due as follows:

September 2026 intake → base instalments in January 2027, May 2027, and September 2027. Volume bonus for that student is calculated separately at the next July or January review. Your signed agreement and the CRM show the exact schedule for each placed student.
Bonus commission tiers
Every successful student who enrols pays you £500. Fill the month and a bonus of up to £700 lands on each one. One or two students? You still get £500 each. Three or more? The bonus switches on. The busier your month, the bigger the bonus. The table is your rate card.

Bonus payment schedule
Volume bonuses are not paid with each base instalment. They are reviewed twice a year and calculated from your recent enrolment performance.
Twice-yearly reviews
Reviews run every July and January.
Previous 6 months
Each review looks at the previous 6 months of successful student placements.
Monthly average
We count successful students per calendar month, then average those six monthly totals to determine your volume tier.
Paid next month
If a bonus is payable, it is paid in the following month (August after July, February after January).

With 36 successful students in the review period, the bonus is paid in August if payable. Before payment, the Company may check for withdrawn students and adjust the bonus. After payment, if any student from that review period later withdraws, the bonus is adjusted against the next payment. Each review is recorded on your agent profile.
