FdA Global Business and Enterprise at The University of Law is eligible for Student Finance England funding: a tuition fee loan of up to £9,535 per year paid directly to the university, plus a maintenance loan of up to £13,762 per year for your living costs. There is no upper age limit — mature students apply through exactly the same process. Repayments only start once you earn over £25,000 a year.

English Language Requirement for The University of Law
Applicants must demonstrate an appropriate level of English language proficiency. Applicants must have one of the following:
- GCSE English Language: Grade 4 or above
- IELTS: 5.5 or above, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component
- Equivalent recognised qualification
Applicants who do not meet these requirements may be invited to complete the University of Law English Test (ULET).

Standard Entry
- A Levels: CC–DDE
- BTEC: MPP
- UCAS Tariff: 64 points from up to 3 A Levels or equivalent
- Access Diploma: Pass (60 credits), including 45 Level 3 credits
- T Level: Pass with D or E in Core
- Scottish Advanced Highers: DD
- Scottish Highers: AA–BCC
GCSE Requirements
- GCSE English Language at Grade C/4 or equivalent
- For LLB Law with Psychology with Foundation Year, GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C/4 or equivalent are required.
Non-Standard Entry
Applicants without 64 UCAS points may be considered if they:
- Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience managing people and/or processes
- Provide a professional reference
- Successfully complete a formal interview
Non-standard entry is available only to applicants who do not require a Student Route Visa. Applicants without GCSE English at Grade C/4 may be required to complete the University of Law English Test (ULET).
